On April 27, 2009 Jeff was sworn in as Captain. This has been a pretty long process, but definitely worth it. It was pretty neat to see Jeff being sworn in, they tell about each new Captain, and present them their new helmet. The wives come up and take the old badges off their husband and pin all the new badges on. It was pretty dang cool to see Jeff standing up there and being sworn in! What a great experience. I am so proud of him and all his hard work. He will be a GREAT Captain! Congratulations Jeff - we all love you! Thanks to our parents for coming and supporting Jeff. We really appreciate all the love and support.
