Captain Wise!

Jeff has tested for and has been promoted to a Captain!  Hooray!  We are so excited for him and this new chapter in his life.  He tested in February and found out in March that he was number one on the list for Captain.  What an accomplishment!  He got a call the other day from the Chief offering him a position as Captain.  This was a long, stressful process, but definitely worth it all.  Congratulations Jeff  - we all knew you could do this.  You will make a great Captain!
