Jeff ran the Dirty Dash (10k) this year in Midway at Soldier Summit. Jeff ran it with some friends from the station - Josh and Matt. It began with a pretty big hill of complete mud that they ran up, followed by many other obstacles, such as jumping hay bales, up and down more hills of mud, dodging water balloons (aka pig wash!), going down a big slip-n-slide and then finishing up with a huge area of waist deep mud that they had to go under the ropes! Needless to say, they were a complete mud ball! It was a lot of fun to watch and I hear a lot more fun to run!
