Jeff raced in the Vikingman again this year and he did absolutely terrific! He did the half ironman distances; swam 1.2 miles, biked 56 miles and ran 13.1 miles! His time was 5 hours and 54 minutes and he did all this in wind, rain, and completely cold. Pretty amazing if I do say so myself! He placed 4th in his age group. It was a lot of fun to be able to go up to Burley (Idaho) with him again this year and cheer him on! So, my pictures are so out of order, but you get the idea, right?!
Here are Jeff and Aaron (Jeff's younger brother) after the race. Aaron placed 1st in his age group and won a pretty cool Vikingman trophy- way to go Aaron!
