~Viking Man - 1/2 Iron Man

Jeff completed his second half Iron Man! He is amazing! This race was in Burley, Idaho and it was so dang cold! The morning of the race, the river had white caps, and the temperature was about 33 degrees! What a trooper! He swam 1.2 miles, biked 56 miles and then ran 13 miles in the freezing cold weather! Not to mention, there was a head wind (26-30 mph gusts!) on his bike ride and throughout the race - but he still completed it! He ran the race with his friends Josh and Nate. He and Josh finished the race together - that was pretty cool! Lexi waits near the finish line (in all the races Jeff enters) and watches for Jeff to come and then runs in to the finish with him! Jeff loves it! Way to go you guys!
